Custom Made Requirements
Our custom made replacement cushions are made with Sunbrella and Maharam fabrics. Our fabrics are the most popular and useful for the Mid Century Modern chair project.

Cushions Design
Boxed Edge Design
Cushions with a Boxed Edge design are constructed with a vertical sidewall that is the same height as the thickness of the cushion. These cushions are made by assembling the top and bottom section of the cut fabric to the sidewall fabric to form a box.
Option:
With or without piping.
Bullnose Design 1
Cushions with this design are constructed with two sidewall panels. the top and bottom edges of the cushion are slightly rounded and do not show a seam.
Bullnose Design 2
In this design corner cushions are square and pinched.
Top and bottom edges are slightly rounded with hidden seams. On seat pads, there are seams at the side and back of the cushion.
